This is the full text of the consent you give when you tick the consent checkbox on the website https://victoria-stotskaia.com, for example when booking a call or creating an account.
By ticking the checkbox, I act freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and give my specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
1. Operator

2. Personal data covered
- my name and email address;
- the language of the call, my time zone, and the date and time of the booked call;
- my child's age, if I provide it;
- the topic I would like to discuss, if I provide it, including any information about my child's health or development;
- the status of my bookings (confirmed, moved, cancelled);
- if I create an account: my password (stored only as a hash), preferred language and newsletter preference;
- if I subscribe to the newsletter: the dates and times of sign-up and confirmation;
- the content of messages I send to the Operator;
- the date and time I gave this consent.
3. Purposes
- booking, preparing and holding a free video call, including confirmation and reminder emails, links to move or cancel the call, and notifications to the Operator about bookings;
- creating and maintaining my account, if I create one;
- sending the newsletter "Victoria's notes", only if I choose it separately and confirm it by double opt-in;
- replying to my requests.

4. Information about my child's health
I expressly consent to the processing of information about my child's health or development that I voluntarily share in the topic field of the booking form or in my messages. This information is processed only to prepare and hold the call. I confirm that I am the child's parent or legal representative.
5. Actions with the data
I consent to the following actions with my personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the service providers listed in section 6, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.
6. Transfer to service providers
- the hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany: storage of the website and its database;
- Resend, Inc. (USA): sending emails;
- Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc. / Telegram FZ-LLC): notifications to the Operator about bookings, containing my name, email address, the time and language of the call, my child's age and an excerpt of the topic;
- the video platform used for the call (for example Zoom, Google Meet or Yandex Telemost), which processes my data under its own terms when I join the call.
My data is not passed on to other third parties unless the law requires it.
7. Cross-border transfer
I have been informed that the Operator is located in Germany, that my data is stored by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, that emails are sent via Resend, Inc. in the USA and that notifications are delivered via Telegram. My data may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Russian Federation and outside the European Union, some of which (including the USA) may not provide a level of personal data protection equivalent to that in the Russian Federation or the European Union. I consent to this cross-border transfer.
8. Validity and withdrawal
This consent is valid until I withdraw it. Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, my data is deleted within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.
I can withdraw this consent at any time by email to —. I can also withdraw my newsletter consent using the unsubscribe link in any email, and delete my account on my account page. After withdrawal, the Operator stops the processing and deletes or destroys my data within 30 days, unless the law allows or requires further storage. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
9. How the consent is given
I give this consent by ticking the consent checkbox on the website next to the form I am filling in (for example, when booking a call or creating an account). The Operator stores the date and time of my consent.
10. For users in the EU and EEA (GDPR)
Where processing is based on consent under the GDPR, this statement is my consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for information about my child's health, my explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. Other processing, such as handling my booking, is based on the legal grounds described in the Privacy Policy. I can withdraw my consent at any time with effect for the future.
